We offer rehoming for 16-24-year-old young people, supplying semi-independent living to those who need it most.
Who Are We?
At Twin Care we aim to provide an enjoyable experience for you to prepare for your next steps in adulthood and independence.
We understand and appreciate that everyone has different challenges to become independent and self-reliant. At Twin Care, we provide support and guidance tailored towards your individual development. A member of our staff team will always be available to guide you with any support you may need.
All members of our staff team will be working collaboratively with you to make this house your home as you are preparing for independent living. It is our top priority to make sure that you feel a sense of safety within the home and that you have a supporting hand from all the staff team whenever you may need it.
LEISURE
We encourage planning activities that include fitness, exercise, sport and leisure. Including time for hobbies in your daily routine.
HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT
We help you learn how to cook, prepare shopping lists, maintain diet and nutrition, keep your home clean and hygienic, change bulbs and fuses and other household maintenance tasks.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Planning a budget and managing it while taking care of your bank accounts and rent/bills within a home are very important skills, and we'll help you every step of the way.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND MANAGEMENT
This includes taking responsibility for making and keeping all appointments such as health appointments, interviews and college or job centre appointments, as well as completing forms for bills, allowances and jobs.
