Complaints

We have a structured procedure in place for you if you ever feel like you need to make a complaint. There is a copy of this provided in the information pack given to you should you feel the need to complain about the home, support you are receiving from your local authority or if you are unhappy with your college or training programme. Our staff team will ensure that you are offered all the support you need to get an appropriate outcome. Also, there are other methods you can use to complain if you feel you are not receiving the support you need. These methods include contacting the following: advocacy, service, care leavers association, the children's commissioner and Childline. All the information on how to get in contact with them is provided in the information pack that will be provided. It is important you understand that we are here to help you and want you to be comfortable and feel secure and supported at Twin Care.
