Fire Safety

As part of your transition to your new home, you will receive information and guidance about fire safety within the home. We will ensure that you are trained to evacuate in a situation where there may be fire by simulating a fire drill and an evacuation procedure. Within the home, we have all the necessary equipment in case of a fire emergency, and these can be found at various points around the home which you will be shown. To ensure your safety and everybody else's within the home, you must never smoke in your room or around the home. It is equally important that you do not tamper with the fire safety equipment unless there is a real-life emergency. If you are found to be smoking in the home or tampering with the fire safety equipment you will be in violation of your agreement and will be risking your life and everyone’s at the home.
