Phone Contact

The house phone will be accessible to you for contacting health, employment or training and other professionals or organizations that are involved in your plan. Also, you will be allowed a set time to contact your family if you want to have a chat with them. However, bear in mind that someone must pay the bill. You can receive calls from family and friends any day of the week after 9:00 am till 9:30 pm. Though if we are receiving or expecting important phone calls to the home then these may have to be limited. If you want to contact your friends, then you must use your own mobile phone so you must make sure you have enough credit or minutes available.
